Your most Important Task!

 1. Prioritize ,Priorities!

We live in a demanding world. Everybody wants our time or waste our time. That is why we need learn to prioritize. What is important? Here are my suggestions;

First, your relationship with God.
Secondly your family. Honor , love and value them while you can. If you're married, date your spouse as often. Time with your family is a must!
Lastly, your dreams and aspirations. If you won't work on your dreams ,you will end up working the dreams of others, that is why you plan your life.

2.Daily huddles eliminates other meetings.

To elaborate my first point about time, remember you only have 1,440 Minutes in a Day. Don't waste it by sitting and waiting to finish long meetings. Delegate the task and do huddles instead.
Stop all meetings that doesn't result in productivity, it will cause your time, effort and resources.
Meet with the right people, with the right agenda, and with the right goals. You don't have to meet them all at once if you already meet them an hour in advance.

3.Design your Day.

All of us are artists in a way that we are given the same number of hours a day. How you spend it really matters and affects the quality of life we have. This is how I design my day.

1.Time for Function
This is what I call working hours. Do what is required of you. If you are on the job ,be the best employee by performing your task and duties well. Always think on how you can improve your company. Develop diligence here.

2.Time to Focus- Planning your life after working hours. Do not waste any time or just watch your favorite movies after work. Instead learn a new skill, read or study. What do you really want to achieve? Eliminate distractions by narrowing your attention to things that really doesn't matter.

3.Time for Fun -Its okay to pause for a while and do what gives you joy. Fishing, biking, running, playing games, cooking ,etc. Its best done with family and friends! Learn to make memories not just events.
